Canvassing Reporting and Exports

Open Canvassing to review field activity, current property state, conversion, GPS coverage, and completed revenue attribution from one command center.

Owners and managers can review the full organization. A user with View Canvassing but without Manage Canvassing receives only their assigned campaigns, territories, team identity, and results. Organization-wide raw GPS and location exports are owner/manager-only.

Filter the Command Center

The same filters drive the map, list, metrics, reporting, routes, and exports:

  • Campaign
  • Territory
  • Representative
  • Disposition
  • Street, city, state, or ZIP search
  • From and to dates

The date labels include the organization's IANA timezone. Select Reset to use the organization's current calendar date and the prior 29 dates. Date-only ranges begin at the first real instant of the local From date and end one millisecond before the first real instant of the day after the local To date, including daylight-saving dates with a skipped or repeated midnight. Date-only API values must be real Gregorian dates. Explicit timestamp values remain absolute and must include Z or a numeric UTC offset; impossible dates and offset-free timestamps are rejected instead of silently normalized.

The map and property list, reports, representative drills, route review, CSV exports, and Manager AI use those same organization-local calendar edges. Organizations without a saved valid timezone use UTC. Reporting and result exports support a date range of up to 366 days. Raw GPS exports are limited to 31 days.

Field View

Use Map to see territory polygons, clustered property markers, the configured disposition legend, and allowed representative locations. The admin map opens in Satellite view by default; use the visible Map / Satellite control to switch layers. Clean Estimate remembers that choice in the current browser for future Canvassing visits. Move or zoom the map to request properties for the visible area. If an area contains more records than the current page, use Previous and Next or narrow the viewport.

Use List for a paged address table with status, attempt count, last representative, last visit, and a Google Maps shortcut.

Representative location freshness is:

StateMeaning
CurrentLast point is less than 2 minutes old
DelayedLast point is 2 to under 10 minutes old
StaleLast point is 10 minutes old or older

Freshness describes the age of the latest received point. It does not prove that a representative is stationary or absent.

The active-team location feed is filtered by allowed campaign and territory scope and returned in bounded cursor pages. Owners and managers should continue loading pages when more active shifts are available instead of treating the first page as the whole team.

Review a Property

Select a marker to open the property panel. Owners and managers can review:

  • Address and current disposition
  • Organization-wide do-not-knock status and reason
  • Attempt count, latest visit, latest representative, contact, and follow-up
  • Linked client, lead, appointment, estimate, and job records
  • Append-only visit history and notes
  • Recorded distance from the property, manager-review reasons, and structured integrity evidence
  • The nearest route point from the same representative and shift when one exists in the review time window
  • Canvassing attribution through downstream records and completed revenue

A manager may add or clear do-not-knock only after entering an override reason. Earlier visits remain in chronological history even when a later visit changes the current status.

GPS Route Review

Owners and managers can enable GPS route after narrowing the campaign, territory, representative, and date range.

The route view includes:

  • Recorded route breadcrumb
  • Shift start and end points
  • Visit points
  • Tracking interruptions
  • Shift duration, distance, moving time, stationary time, and coverage

Large routes are paged and then extended during incremental refresh. Narrow the date range when you need one complete route immediately.

A visit beyond the organization review threshold is flagged for human review but remains saved. Review signals can also cover mocked-location reports, outside or unverifiable territory boundaries, implausible travel, unusually rapid doors, one-location clustering, low coverage, and long tracking interruptions. Nearest-route evidence records the same-shift point time, time difference, and distance when available. These signals support review; they are not proof of misconduct or automated employment decisions.

Reporting Metrics

The headline cards show targets, unique doors, conversations, leads, appointments, estimates, sales, and completed revenue. The detailed report adds:

MetricDefinition
Unique doorsDistinct target properties with at least one valid visit
AttemptsEvery filtered append-only visit
Remaining unvisitedTarget properties without a current visit
Contact rateConversations divided by unique doors
Lead rateUnique linked leads divided by conversations
Appointment rateUnique linked appointments divided by unique doors
Estimate rateUnique linked estimates divided by unique doors
Sales conversionAttributed sold targets divided by conversations
Doors per hourUnique doors divided by completed shift hours
Average attemptsAttempts divided by unique doors
Follow-ups dueIncomplete targets whose next follow-up is due
GPS coverageAverage coverage across completed shifts with coverage data
Territory completionVisited targets divided by target properties
Appointment to saleSold appointment targets divided by appointment targets
Estimate to saleSold estimate targets divided by estimate targets
Completed revenueRevenue linked to completed canvassing sale attribution
Suds Club salesAttributed completed sales carrying the saved Suds Club state

The reporting period is a verified-visit cohort. Contact, appointment, and sales-conversion rates follow visits in the selected period and their linked outcomes, so an outcome recorded later can update the earlier cohort's rate. Downstream appointment, estimate, sale, and completed-revenue cards instead credit the period in which the appointment attribution, estimate send, or sale activity occurred. Their counts can therefore differ intentionally from the cohort rate numerators.

Daily activity is grouped by organization-local activity date, and the report labels the timezone used for those buckets. The disposition chart counts every attempt, not only each property's latest status.

Rollup Freshness and Reconciliation

High-volume target and visit writes update territory and shift rollups with statement-level deltas instead of recounting an entire territory for every row. Property status remains tied to the latest append-only visit, and reporting stays linked to the underlying visits and attributions. A full territory refresh remains available as an administrative reconciliation path; use it after a repair or backfill rather than as the normal write path.

Comparisons and Rankings

Territory comparison places completion, attempts, conversations, appointments, sales, and completed revenue side by side.

Representative leaderboard in the web command center shows verified doors alongside contact rate, appointments, estimates, sales, completed revenue, close rate, XP, and a balanced score. Visits flagged for manager review are excluded from this comparison.

The native representative standings feature the manager-configured metric: balanced scorecard, XP, doors, contacts, qualified leads, appointments, estimates sent, sales, completed revenue, contact rate, appointment rate, or close rate. Operational metrics are calculated from server-verified visits and attributed outcomes and exclude visits waiting for manager review. Balanced scorecard and XP remain their separate server-authoritative gamification measures.

Competition standings use the metric, eligibility, campaign or territory scope, time window, and minimum threshold saved with each contest. Rank-only privacy hides teammate names from representative views.

Trace a Representative Metric

Select a representative name to inspect verified visits, or select the linked Verified doors, Estimates, or Sales value to inspect that exact source type. The command center preserves the organization-local period and all campaign, territory, disposition, and address filters, then opens a paginated target list.

Each row shows the source representative, distinct match count, last matching activity, campaign, and territory. The campaign and territory labels distinguish a reusable property that appears in multiple target contexts. Details carries the exact target ID and filter scope into the property panel, so visits and estimate or sale attributions cannot drift to another target for the same property. Appointment and sale conversions follow the selected verified-visit cohort, including outcomes linked after the visit period.

CSV Exports

Use the export controls above the command center:

ExportIncludes
Properties CSVFiltered target and reusable property state
Visits CSVFiltered append-only attempt history and verification fields
Results CSVMetrics, territory comparisons, representative rankings, and competition results
GPS CSVRaw filtered location points for allowed owners and managers

Exports apply the visible filter scope. A view-only representative's export is forced to that representative and their assigned territories even if a different identifier is supplied. GPS export requires both Manage Canvassing and an owner or manager role.

Treat raw GPS files as sensitive workforce data. Store them only as long as required and share them only with authorized reviewers.

Manager AI

Under Campaigns & territories, Manager AI analysis accepts a question scoped to a selected campaign and optional territory. Its output separates Verified facts from Recommendations, and each recommendation is marked Review before acting.

Manager AI reads the same filtered reporting dataset. It does not change assignments, visits, CRM records, or settings. See Canvassing AI for permissions, limits, privacy, and current mode coverage.
