Manager Mobile Workspace
Review team performance, resolve below-floor approvals, create and edit Canvass campaigns, manage live territories, and safely reassign estimates from the Fusion mobile workspace.
Manager Mobile Workspace
The Fusion manager workspace adds four field controls for owners and managers:
- Team pipeline shows weekly sales performance and pricing-floor discipline.
- Approval review resolves below-floor requests with full price context.
- Team Canvass map creates and edits campaigns, shows active territories,
and displays recent rep breadcrumbs.
- Estimate reassignment recalculates the Red Line for the newly assigned
representative before the draft can be sent.
All manager requests use the signed-in organization as the tenant boundary. The app does not accept an organization ID from a screen or deep link as authority.
Owner and Manager Home
Home starts with appointments and jobs for the selected Today, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year period. The same period also updates lead close rate, close rate by lead type, pipeline created, salesperson performance, crew performance, and revenue. Hot follow-ups open the related lead or estimate directly.
Owners and managers see the complete organization's appointments, jobs, pipeline, follow-ups, and team performance rather than records assigned only to their own user. Private financial fields still follow the active backend configuration. Compact agenda rows keep the customer or job name, record type, time, service, and address on separate aligned lines so long service addresses cannot collide with the status pill.
Schedule opens on all work for owners and managers and can be filtered by truck, technician/salesperson, event type, day/week view, or date. If an older record stores the city, state, or ZIP in both its street field and structured address fields, the schedule displays that part once rather than repeating it.
Team Pipeline
Owners and managers open More > Pipeline to see the manager view. The top of the page shows pending below-floor approvals and a weekly team summary:
- revenue and closed estimate count;
- the percentage of closed work sold at or above the Red Line;
- commission from the verified server calculation, only when the active Red
Line configuration authorizes that surface;
- per-representative performance bars; and
- recently changed estimates that may need assignment or pricing review.
Tap a pending request to open its approval review. Tap a recent estimate to open reassignment.
If the device loses its connection, the last team snapshot remains visible with an offline notice. Empty, loading, and recoverable error states always retain the Fusion page header and retry path.
When Red Line is disabled or the active pricing configuration cannot authorize commission visibility, the commission total and explanatory note are omitted. The app does not reveal a cached or placeholder commission while authority is unresolved.
Review a Below-Floor Approval
An approval review shows the representative and customer, requested total, Red Line floor, suggested total, affected services, shortfalls, representative note, and approval history.
Choose a counter-offer chip or enter the approved total, then select Approve, Deny, or Counter. The server verifies the current estimate signature before applying the decision. If services, price, assignment, or pricing authority changed after the request was created, the request becomes stale and must be reviewed again.
Approval actions require a connection. The app never presents an offline approval as completed.
Team Canvass Map
For owners and managers, More > Canvass opens the team map instead of the representative door-workflow bootstrap. This prevents a valid manager session from being rejected simply because the manager is not assigned as a canvassing representative.
The team map includes:
- satellite imagery by default with a visible Map / Satellite switch;
- native campaign creation and editing;
- campaign lifecycle, date-window, offer, and description controls;
- an active-campaign selector for new territories;
- active campaign territories and their boundaries;
- color-coded house markers and recent knock activity for the selected
territory;
- the latest location of each representative with an active shift;
- recent location breadcrumbs for field visibility;
- assigned-door balance by representative; and
- territory creation and assignment controls.
Select the megaphone in the header or + Manage to open Campaigns. Create an active campaign or a draft, edit its details and calendar dates, and use the lifecycle actions as field work changes. Return to the map, select the active campaign, then select Draw territory. Tap at least three map points, name the territory, select one or more reps, and save. You can also drag one finger around the area to trace a more natural shape. Undo removes the latest boundary point and Clear restarts the polygon. The boundary and initial assignments save together, while Balance doors changes the assignments on an existing territory.
To reshape an existing territory, select it and choose Edit boundary. Drag a finger around the desired area to trace a natural outline; map panning is temporarily locked while tracing. Use Clear to redraw from scratch or Undo to remove the latest recorded point, then choose Save boundary. Assigned reps, houses, knock history, and dispositions remain attached.
Select a house marker or a row under Territory houses to review its attempt history and record a disposition. The shared native outcome sheet enforces the same notes, follow-up, lead, appointment, and do-not-knock requirements as the representative workflow. Quick non-contact results save from the compact horizontal outcome control, while Conversation / details opens the full record. Contact outcomes include a multi-select Services discussed picker so the manager can tap the relevant services instead of entering a comma- separated list. Tap an empty point inside the selected territory to add a missing house; after the address resolves, its disposition control opens immediately. A later disposition adds another attempt and changes the current house status without deleting prior rep history. Clean Estimate opens and closes the short canvassing session required to validate a manager-entered knock, so an office manager does not have to start a field shift first. For a qualified outcome, Save + lead opens the created or matched native lead as soon as the knock saves. Save + quote opens the native residential builder with the client, lead, property, and visit attribution already filled. The manager does not remain on a generic “Knock saved” confirmation after choosing either handoff.
Canvass still requires the organization's canvassing feature to be enabled. The map remains organization-scoped, and only active members of the same organization can receive territory assignments.
Reassign an Estimate
Open a recent estimate from the manager pipeline and select a new active sales representative. Before saving, the app explains that pricing authority follows the assigned representative.
When reassignment is confirmed, the server:
- verifies the manager, organization, estimate, and target representative;
- loads the active Red Line configuration;
- recalculates every service floor and commission using the target
representative's access;
- identifies changed and below-floor lines;
- creates or refreshes the required approval when the new floor is not met;
- rejects obsolete pending approvals when the draft is no longer below floor;
and
- locks sending until the new pricing is reviewed or approved.
The result page lists each changed service and clearly reports whether the draft can be sent.
Privacy and Role Boundaries
Manager-only totals, pricing floors, approval history, and commission remain in the private manager workspace. These fields are not included in customer-held Close Kit, signature, Booked, or Suds Club preview screens.
Sales representatives continue to open the field Canvass map and their own sales pipeline. Crew leads and technicians continue to use the production workspace and do not receive manager pricing controls.
Troubleshooting
- Canvass says the feature is disabled: enable canvassing for the
organization, then reopen the tab.
- No territories appear: open Campaigns in the app, create or activate
a campaign, select it on the team map, then choose Draw territory. Name it and select at least one rep before saving.
- No live representatives appear: a representative must have an active
tracked Canvass shift.
- No houses appear: confirm properties were loaded into the territory, or
tap the exact empty house location on the map to add one. Select the territory again and use Refresh if another user just imported the houses.
- An approval is stale: reopen the latest request after the estimate,
assignment, or price changes.
- The draft is locked from sending: review the recalculated below-floor
services and resolve the new approval.
