Date Range Filter

A date range selector sits in the top-right corner. Choose from three preset ranges:

  • 3m — Last three months
  • 6m — Last six months
  • 12m — Last twelve months

The page refreshes immediately when you pick a new range. All charts and metrics update to reflect the selected period.

Key Metrics

Five metric cards appear at the top of the Revenue tab:

MetricDescription
Total RevenueSum of all accepted and completed estimates in the selected period
Average Estimate ValueMean dollar amount across all sent estimates
Win RatePercentage of sent estimates that were accepted
Acceptance RatePercentage of viewed estimates that were accepted
Avg Days to CloseAverage number of days between sending an estimate and receiving acceptance

Each card shows the current value and a percentage change compared to the prior period.

Monthly Revenue Trend

A line chart below the metric cards plots your monthly revenue over the selected date range. Each data point represents one month's total revenue.

Hover over any point to see the exact dollar amount and month.

Use this chart to spot seasonal patterns. Most exterior cleaning businesses see peaks in spring and fall. Knowing your pattern helps you plan staffing and marketing spend.

Revenue by Service Type

A bar chart breaks down revenue by service category. Each bar represents a service type such as House Wash, Roof Wash, Gutter Cleaning, Driveway, or Windows.

This tells you which services drive the most revenue. If one service dominates, consider whether you want to diversify or double down.

Revenue by Estimate Type

A second breakdown groups revenue by estimate type:

  • Residential — Standard homeowner estimates
  • Commercial — Commercial property proposals
  • Fleet — Vehicle fleet wash proposals
  • Holiday Lights — Seasonal holiday lighting contracts

This view helps you see the balance between your revenue streams.

Export Button

Click the Export button in the top-right corner to download your revenue data as a CSV file. The export includes all estimates in the selected date range with columns for date, client, service type, estimate type, amount, and status.

Use exports for bookkeeping, tax preparation, or deeper analysis in a spreadsheet.

Tips

  • Check revenue weekly. Small dips are easier to correct when you catch them early.
  • Compare periods. Switch between 3m and 12m views to see whether a slow month is seasonal or a real trend.
  • Pair with Services analytics. If revenue drops but volume stays the same, your average deal size may be shrinking. See Service Mix Analytics for details.
