What the Leaderboard Shows

Each row in the leaderboard represents a team member. The table displays the following metrics:

  • Estimates Created — The total number of estimates the person created during the selected period.
  • Close Rate — The percentage of sent estimates that were accepted.
  • Revenue Generated — The total dollar value of accepted estimates.

Team members are ranked by the selected sort column. Click any column header to re-sort the list.

Time Period Filters

Use the filter at the top of the page to change the time window:

  • This Week — Monday through today.
  • This Month — The current calendar month.
  • This Quarter — The current calendar quarter.
  • This Year — January 1 through today.
  • Custom Range — Pick a start and end date.

The leaderboard updates immediately when you change the time period.

How Rankings Work

Rankings are based on the column you sort by. By default, the leaderboard sorts by revenue generated, highest to lowest.

  • If two team members have the same revenue, the one with the higher close rate ranks higher.
  • Only team members who have created at least one estimate during the period appear on the leaderboard.
  • Owners and Managers see all team members. Sales Reps see only their own position and how they compare to the team.

Using the Leaderboard

The leaderboard is a management tool. Here are some ways to use it:

  • Weekly check-ins. Review the leaderboard at the start of each week. Recognize top performers. Identify reps who may need support.
  • Monthly goals. Set revenue or close rate targets. Use the leaderboard to track progress throughout the month.
  • Identify training needs. A rep with many estimates but a low close rate may need help with proposal presentation or follow-up.

Tip: Share the leaderboard in team meetings to build accountability. Competition drives results when it stays positive.

Tips

  • Sort by close rate to find your most effective closers, regardless of volume.
  • Sort by estimates created to find your most active reps.
  • Use the custom date range to compare performance across seasons. Holiday lights season performance looks very different from summer months.
  • The leaderboard does not include Crew Leads or Technicians. Only roles that create estimates appear.
