Franchise Reporting

Pending production: The V2 franchise report is not available in production yet. Platform-provisioned organization links and report permissions determine which companies appear; organizations cannot create these links from the report.

V2 Franchise Report

Members need View franchise console, access to all organization locations, and an active organization and company link to view the report. The roster captures the linked company's name when the link is created; it does not follow later company-name edits. Linking and unlinking are recorded in the platform audit history.

The read-only report provides the linked-company roster and scheduled snapshots of prior closed months, grouped by company and location. It reports five aggregate measures:

• Booked proposal value (accepted)
• Quotes sent
• Close rate
• Completed jobs
• Open pipeline value at capture

Booked proposal value (accepted) is accepted proposal value, not collected payment revenue.

Open pipeline is measured when the snapshot is captured; it is not a historical month-end pipeline total. CSV exports contain the same protected aggregates as the report.

To protect customer privacy, a company/location/month cohort must include at least five distinct customers before its results can appear. Small cohorts and totals that could reveal a suppressed cohort are withheld. The report does not show customer details, individual records, or operational IDs. It shows only aggregates for active, authorized company links. Unlinking a company removes its roster entry and report publications.

Royalty, ad-fund, and territory or ZIP utilization measures are unavailable. They require defined rate and territory contracts that are not part of this release.

V2 Location Comparison

The separate Locations card on Business > Reports compares your own organization's locations for the selected date range. It shows Booked, Net collected, Completed jobs, and Win rate, plus an organization total. Export it using the page's CSV/Print controls; see Reporting Overview.

V1 Reporting Reference

The older V1 franchise report was feature-flagged and included royalty, brand-funded ad-fund, and territory-utilization rollups. Those V1 instructions do not describe the V2 franchise report. Royalty and ad-fund metrics remain unavailable in V2 until rate contracts are defined; territory and ZIP metrics remain unavailable until a territory contract is defined.
