Clean Estimate V2 Office Navigation
Find daily office workflows in the redesigned Clean Estimate V2 web workspace.
Clean Estimate V2 Office Navigation
The Clean Estimate V2 web workspace uses a navy left sidebar and a compact top bar. The frame remains visible while you move between office workflows, so customer search, organization switching, and account controls stay in the same place.
Left Sidebar
The sidebar groups the available destinations into three sections:
- Work contains Home, Clients, Pipeline, Estimates, Approvals, and Inbox.
- Field contains Jobs, Plans, and Ops.
- Business contains Reports and Settings.
Navigation is permission-aware. Approvals appears only for teammates who can approve below-floor pricing, and Reports appears only for teammates who can view financial reports.
On a desktop, use Collapse at the bottom of the sidebar to switch between the full rail and the icon-only rail. The preference is saved in that browser. On a phone or narrow browser window, use Open menu in the top bar. The sidebar opens as a drawer and closes when you choose a destination, tap outside it, or press Escape.
Top Bar
The top bar shows the current workspace area, global search, the active organization, and the signed-in user.
Search accepts customer names, contacts, service addresses, lead numbers, and lead details. A lead result opens the lead detail page directly. Customer, contact, and property results open the matching client record.
On a phone, select the search icon to open the full-width search field. Search and the mobile menu keep keyboard focus inside the open panel until you close it.
Public Proposal Links
Customer proposal links do not show the private office sidebar, organization switcher, search, or account controls. A customer can open the secure proposal link from email or text, review the scope, download the PDF, accept or decline, and pay a required deposit without signing in to the office workspace.
Current Screen Coverage
The redesigned frame applies to every signed-in V2 office page. The Clients list also uses the new cards, table, buttons, badges, empty states, and spacing system. Other workflow screens continue to work inside the new frame while their page-level visual conversions are completed.
