Suds Club Membership
Suds Club is the recurring-membership module in the residential estimate builder (it replaces the old Maintenance Plan). It works the same on the web app and the mobile app, driven by one shared pricing engine, so quotes never differ between devices.
Building a membership (reps)
- In a residential estimate, go to Services and choose **Add Suds Club
Membership**.
- Tier -- the membership tier is selected automatically from the home's
square footage, and the base annual price is shown. You can override the tier for borderline homes. Homes 4,500 sq ft and up are a custom quote -- enter the annual price manually.
- Adjust the plan:
- Remove an included service to subtract its value (it shows the yearly
reduction; use Add back to restore it).
- Add an extra service (pergola, garage/shed) to add its value.
- Window upgrade -- enter the number of windows; the price is
# windows × price/window × cleanings per year.
- The price summary updates live:
- Upfront today -- paid at signup (equals 3 monthly payments).
- Monthly -- 9 payments, starting the month after the first service.
- Yearly total (plus tax).
- Save the estimate. The plan is stored on the estimate and reopens exactly the
same on web or mobile, and flows through to the proposal.
How pricing works
- Each tier has a fixed base annual price -- the anchor for the plan.
- A maintenance multiplier (default 65%) is applied only to services you
add or remove -- it never changes the tier base.
- A minimum yearly floor keeps heavy removals from zeroing out the plan.
yearly = tier base − (removed services) + (added services) + windows
upfront = yearly ÷ 4
monthly = (yearly − upfront) ÷ 9Admin configuration
Under Settings → Suds Club, managers can edit:
- Maintenance multiplier (applies to added/removed items, not the tier base).
- Window defaults -- price per window and cleanings per year.
- Minimum yearly floor.
- Tier base annuals -- the fixed price for each tier.
- Standard-price matrix -- every service/add-on priced per tier (a 4,000 sq ft
house wash costs more than a 1,500 sq ft one). Each cell shows the computed maintenance value (standard price × multiplier) beside it.
Reps with pricing access can edit standard prices; the multiplier, floor, and tier base are admin-controlled.
