Create and Schedule Leads on Mobile
Create a customer-linked lead, assign it, and schedule the appointment without leaving the mobile app.
Create and Schedule Leads on Mobile
Use Quick Add from any office screen when a new customer calls, submits an inquiry, or needs an estimate appointment.
Create a Lead
- Tap the blue + button.
- Tap New lead.
- Start entering the customer name.
- Select an existing customer, or continue entering details to create the
customer and lead together.
- Choose the Service Line. Selecting Christmas Lights applies the
brand assigned to the Holiday Lights module.
- Confirm or change the Brand. Choose Organization default when the
lead should use the main workspace identity.
- Choose a managed Lead source.
- Choose the person responsible under Assign To.
- Add the service address and notes.
You can also tap Dictate the lead and speak the details naturally. The transcript accumulates throughout the conversation, so you may say the name, pause, then continue with the address, phone number, and requested service. Later phrases do not erase fields understood earlier. Stop and restart the microphone if needed, review the combined transcript, and tap Fill the form with this when the interpreted fields are correct.
Leads are assigned to a salesperson. Trucks and crews are assigned later on the job, after the work is won. On an existing lead, open Overview and tap the Salesperson card to change the responsible rep; the Tasks tab keeps a second assignment shortcut for owners and managers.
Every lead remains attached to a customer profile. Selecting an existing customer reuses their saved contact and property information.
Schedule the Appointment
Choose Unscheduled when the customer has not selected a time.
Choose Scheduled when the appointment is confirmed:
- Tap Appointment Date and select the date.
- Tap Start Time to open the phone's standard time picker.
- Choose the hour and minute, then confirm.
- Add an end time and appointment notes when needed.
- Tap Save Lead.
Android uses the standard Android clock dialog. iPhone uses the standard Apple time spinner. Times are stored in the customer workspace as a site-visit appointment and display in local time.
After Saving
The app opens the saved lead. From the lead page you can:
- Edit customer, property, source, and notes
- Assign or reassign the salesperson
- Tap the appointment card to schedule, reschedule, or return the lead to
Unscheduled
- Open the linked customer profile
- Call or message the customer
- Review the lead's current stage in a progress strip built from your
workspace's configured pipeline names, colors, and order
- Choose Residential, Commercial, Fleet, Asphalt, Holiday Lights, or Generic
Quote before opening a new estimate builder. The saved estimate remains directly attached to this lead and carries the lead's saved brand into the builder.
If saving fails, keep the form open and capture the full error message for QA. The app preserves the entered details so they can be corrected and retried.
