Bulk Multi-Property Scheduler

Use Jobs > Bulk Multi-Property Scheduler when the same service should be scheduled for several properties. Choose either a saved account or a standalone client, select the office, and select every property that belongs in the batch. Select all filtered properties selects the matching properties currently loaded in the list. Use Load more properties until the pages you want are loaded before selecting or submitting, so a later page is not left out.

Pricing and defaults

The batch defaults panel keeps the V1 workflow in one place:

• Pricing template uses a saved customer quote or estimate when one is

available. The selected quote's prices stay with the batch when it is submitted.

• Edit Default Pricing lets you add, remove, and edit line items, set

Tax %, and preserve an applicable saved-quote Discount. The subtotal, discount, tax, and total update using the same cent rounding as the resulting draft invoice.

• Service type, Job type, date and end date, start and end time, Crew,

Truck, Crew hours, and Batch notes apply to the selected rows.

• Apply Defaults To All Rows copies the current defaults to each selected

property. Each row can then change its service type, job type, schedule, assignment, notes, or pricing independently.

Saved quote pricing remains tied to the quote that was selected when the batch started. Editing line items, tax, or discount creates an explicit pricing override and recomputes the displayed totals; it does not rewrite the saved customer quote. Older Holiday Lights estimates keep their selected term and office scope when they are used as a pricing source.

Creating and recovering a batch

Choose Jobs Only to create scheduled jobs. Choose Jobs + Route Stops to create the jobs and initial office route stops in one workflow. The review table keeps the property selection and per-row changes visible before submission.

The scheduler works through the selected properties in several passes. A completed row remains visible with its job number, and a failed row includes its result and whether a retry is safe. Retry failed rows repeats the same batch without creating duplicate jobs. Correct failed rows starts a new pass for the selected failures while preserving successful jobs for later draft-invoice selection. If the network loses the response, keep the displayed batch unchanged and retry it before editing defaults or changing the source.

After successful jobs are shown, select the jobs that should become draft invoices and choose Create Draft Invoices. The invoice action uses the existing invoice eligibility and result rules, including zero-price, already-invoiced, plan-billed, and missing-property outcomes.

Route follow-up

For a route batch, open the linked Schedule > Operations > Day view. The day view shows truck groups and unassigned jobs, preserves the saved stop order, and shows each stop as a card with the customer/job, service, address, navigation, time window, value, crew hours, and status. It exposes the existing drag ordering and accessible Up/Down, move, start, and office-only skip actions. Skipping a route stop records the office reason while the underlying scheduled job remains available for normal job history and follow-up.

Use Edit Crew on a truck day to set the Crew Lead, Technician, Solo route day, pay mode (Default pay or Hourly only), and day notes. Solo route days clear the technician selection. Calendar permission is required to save day details; changing Solo or pay mode also requires team-management permission. If the day is already closed for pay, its historical pay facts stay unchanged while the visible crew and notes fields continue to show the current day setup. Permission and stale-day errors remain visible so the day can be reloaded before trying again. If a save response is lost, Retry save repeats the same crew-day change; Reload day clears recovery only after a fresh day read succeeds. A successful exact retry returns to the clean editor with the saved values; a failed retry keeps the recovery controls available. Clearing the visible crew fields preserves the day's revision history, so a later assignment can be saved without losing the clear/recreate boundary.

The web workflow does not change the native mobile navigation or layout. Web Calendar shows a multi-day job on each occupied date when an end date is saved; native mobile keeps its approved start-date-only schedule view and query behavior. The ordinary web New job and Move forms also preserve date-only jobs, optional daily windows, truck assignment, service/job type, and independent crew hours when those values are edited; an explicitly cleared optional value stays cleared. This is a deliberate web/native boundary, not a mobile UI parity claim.

The Calendar New job form uses Service type as the saved job title and opens with Schedule now and today's date. You can leave the job date-only, or add an end date, daily start/end window, truck, crew, and independent crew hours. The form keeps the entered values while the request is pending and prevents a second submission of the same click.
